What this tool does
Organize PDF changes the order of pages: move a scanned last page to the front, insert a signed page at a given spot, or keep only the pages you need. Type the new page order, or flip the whole document in one click.
Reordering copies page objects rather than redrawing them, so text stays selectable, vector content stays sharp and page sizes are unchanged. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
How to use
- Drop a PDF One PDF up to 100MB; password-protected files must be unlocked first.
- Enter the new page order Pages start at 1; ranges and repeats work, e.g. 3,1,2,4-6. Pages you omit are dropped.
- Generate and download Press generate and download; if a page number is wrong the error tells you the real page count.
FAQ
How do I write the page order?
Pages start at 1, separated by commas, ranges allowed. 3,1,2 means original pages 3, 1, then 2; 4-6 means pages 4 through 6.
Can I keep only some pages?
Yes. List only the pages you want to keep; everything else is dropped — extraction and reordering are the same operation here.
Can a page appear twice?
Yes, just repeat the number (e.g. 2,2). Useful for covers or slips that must appear more than once.
I do not know how many pages there are.
Try a deliberately large number such as 999; the error message reports the real page count, then fill in a valid order.
Does reordering affect quality or text?
No. Pages are copied, not redrawn: text stays selectable, vectors stay sharp and page sizes are unchanged.
Is my file uploaded?
No. Parsing and reordering happen in your browser; the file never leaves your device.
