What this tool does
Generate a Service Contract online: fill in both parties and the key clauses, then get a neatly formatted draft in one click.
This template has 8 clauses and asks for: Client (Party A), Provider (Party B), Service description, Term / delivery, Fee (CNY), Payment method, Acceptance criteria, Other terms, Signing date. The wording follows common mainland-China practice and covers the parts people most often forget — term, amounts and payment method, liability for breach, and jurisdiction.
The output is plain text: paste it into Word or WPS to lay it out and print, or download it as a .txt file. Everything runs in your browser; names, ID numbers and amounts are never uploaded.
How to use
- Enter both parties Fill in the names and ID numbers of both parties. On a Service Contract these identify who is bound, so errors here directly affect enforceability.
- Fill in the subject and key terms Complete each field (Client (Party A), Provider (Party B), Service description, Term / delivery, Fee (CNY), Payment method, Acceptance criteria, Other terms, Signing date). Fields marked required should be filled in; blanks are rendered as underlined spaces you can complete by hand after printing.
- Generate, copy and review Press Generate to get the full text, then copy or download it. Before signing, check every clause, especially amounts, dates, names and ID numbers — mistakes there are costly.
FAQ
What details does this Service Contract need?
There are 9 fields: Client (Party A), Provider (Party B), Service description, Term / delivery, Fee (CNY), Payment method, Acceptance criteria, Other terms, Signing date. Fill them all for the most complete text; anything left blank appears as an underlined space you can complete by hand after printing.
Is the generated contract legally binding?
The clauses follow common conventions and can take effect once signed, sealed and meeting the statutory form. For significant rights — property, equity, large loans — have a lawyer review it before signing.
Can I edit the generated clauses?
Yes. The output is plain text — paste it into Word or WPS and change anything you like. This tool only produces a first draft; the final wording is yours.
Why no direct PDF export?
A Chinese PDF requires embedding a large CJK font (several megabytes), which would slow the page down. Plain text is the deliberate trade-off: save as PDF from Word.
Can I get an English contract on the English page?
No. Contracts are jurisdiction-specific; this template is written for mainland China. The interface language only affects the form labels — the generated text is always Chinese.
Is anything I type uploaded?
No. Generation runs entirely in your browser. Names, ID numbers and amounts never leave your device and disappear when you close the page.
Limits
This is a general reference template. It is not legal advice and cannot replace a lawyer’s professional judgement.
The clauses are written for mainland-China scenarios; they do not apply to Hong Kong (China), Macao (China), Taiwan (China) or other jurisdictions.
No e-signature, no notarisation, no storage of your contract data. Save the result yourself — it cannot be recovered after you close the page.
Always double-check amounts, dates, names and ID numbers. Errors there are borne by the signatories.
