Options

Two-up stacks two invoices on one A4 sheet, halving paper use. One-per-page suits invoices that already fill the sheet.

A margin keeps content out of the unprintable edge zone of most printers.

Draws a light dashed line between the two invoices so you can cut along the middle. Only applies to two-up.

What this tool does

Invoice merge & print lays out a batch of PDF invoices onto A4 sheets: by default two per page (two-up), which halves paper use and lets you print a whole stack in one go.

Invoices keep their original order, are scaled proportionally and centred in their slot — never stretched. An optional light dashed cut line helps you trim along the middle.

Everything happens in your browser. Invoices are never uploaded — financial documents are sensitive, and that matters more than saving paper.

How to use

  1. Drop your invoice PDFs Multi-select and drag-and-drop are supported, up to 50MB per file. Select the whole batch first — the order you drop them in is the print order.
  2. Pick invoices per page and margin Two-up (2 per page) saves the most paper. If an invoice already fills a page, switch to one-per-page for sharper output. A margin keeps content out of the unprintable edge.
  3. Download and print The result is a new PDF. When printing, choose "Actual size" or 100% — avoid "Fit to page", which would shrink the two-up layout again.

FAQ

Are my invoices uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser — open your devtools network panel to confirm no upload requests are made. Invoices are sensitive financial data, so this tool never talks to a server by design.

Which invoices are supported?

Any PDF e-invoice works: VAT special and general invoices, vehicle sales invoices, and fully-digital invoices in PDF form. Photographed or scanned paper invoices are not supported, and neither is the OFD format.

What does "two-up" mean?

Two invoices stacked on one A4 sheet. E-invoices are usually smaller than half an A4 page, so printing one per sheet wastes half the paper. Two-up halves paper use and makes filing tidier.

My printout came out smaller than expected

That is the print dialog scaling. Set scale to "Actual size" or 100%, turn off "Fit to page", and make sure the paper size is A4.

Can I control the order?

The order is the drop order (by file, then by page within each file). To change it, rename the files with numeric prefixes and drop them in that order.

How many invoices can I merge?

There is no fixed count limit, but each file must be under 50MB and the total is bounded by browser tab memory. A few hundred invoices is usually fine; split very large batches.

Limits

Up to 50MB per file; PDF only — no scans, photos or OFD files.

Invoice content is never recompressed and no OCR is performed. Invoices are auto-rotated only according to their own /Rotate flag.

Password-protected PDFs are not decrypted, and no reimbursement summary is produced (use the invoice data extractor for totals).
